UpStyled Salon opened the Fall of 2023. But the long history of cosmetology services dates back to 1964 when Duchess Beauty Salon first opened its doors in Downtown Asheboro, NC.

The salon has changed names and owners through the years, and we are humbled to carry on the long tradition of welcoming a community in for great hair & skin services & those fun, spirited conversations.

Renovations to the building uncovered original brick and cement floors, exposing the salon's past. A beautiful white tin ceiling and 40 year old lights saved from a nearby church highlights its past.

But the real magic happens through the people & services at UpStyled Salon.

Experienced cosmetologists Lori Hicks & Alisa Lee, both from Asheboro, NC, have spent several years perfecting their craft of complete haircare for clients. Kaleigh Burrow of Randleman, NC, an amazing licensed esthetician, offers treatments and personalized recommendations to improve the health and appearance of your skin.
